Mommy and Gabe's trip to Georgia and South Carolina!

The Tag Team + Gabe= Total chaos!

Gabe with Papa JIm on the tractor

Last week Gabe and I took trip to Georgia to see my Sister Melissa and her two girls, while Garrett stayed home and studied 18 hours a day. The trip went very smoothly. We got to Atlanta with no problems. We even picked up our rental car and drove to my sister's without getting lost. I was really proud of myself. I guess I owe those skills to my mission. I learned a lot about traveling and getting places on my own. Although, it was a little trickier with a 16 month old, two bags, a car seat and a stroller. From Peach Tree City we took a weekend trip to see my Dad in Beaufort South Carolina. It was quite the drive there with three kids, but we made it and had a great time with my Dad and Susanna. The kids got to go on a ride on my Dad's tractor. The girls loved it. Gabe wasn't quite sure about it, but by his second ride he loved it. He kept saying "TUTU". That's what he calls trucks. He is loves anything that has wheels or moves. My Dad also took the all three kids to get dirt for their yard. It was so cute to see all the kids in their car-seats in the back of the truck. When the got back the had all taken off their shoes and socks. It was so cute. My dad said Gade loved watching the big truck picking up the dirt and putting it into the trailer.
Dad, thank you for such a fun weekend. Your grand-kids love you!!! You always make it so fun. Thanks again!!
Our drive back to Peach Tree City, georgia was great! We left during nap time and the kids slept almost the whole way. Plus, we took the shorter route home (only 4 hours). It was a fun trip, but definitely not a vacation. I guess once you have kids it's never really a vacation. Thanks Melissa for letting us come visit- we really had fun, even though it was a little crazy at times.

The gift that keeps on giving.....

I never go the chance to post these pictures last month...Garrett gave me these tulips for Valentines day. I loved them. They brought a lot of cheerfulness and beauty to our home. It was so fun to see them grow and change in such a short amount of time. It was the greatest gift ever.

I have also posted a picture of my great grandma Passanante's Biscotti's. I have started making them to keep the Italian Family tradition going. I also posted what I did for garrett for valentines.

Happy Valentines Day Babies!

I think that this Slide Show says it all. We have had a wonderful, action packed 2 1/2 years of marriage. Life at the Lowe's is never boring, due to your spontaneity. We have been on some great vacations and had some great experiences together, which I will never forget. Garrett you have been a great husband and a excellent father. I've never seen a Dad love his son as much as you love Gabe. I love that you are always ready and willing to help with him. He loves and respects you so much.
Even though you are not the soul provider (well I guess student loans count, right?) right now, I know that you work your butt off to be your best in order to secure a successful future for our family. You are the smartest person I know!!! You seriously amaze me time after time with you top scores in med school and honoring pretty much all your classes. Thank You for all your hard work. I can't imagine the sleepless nights that you endure to prepare for your test and the up coming "Boards". You sacrifice so much for us. I know that a lot of your motivation comes because of your family. Thanks again and Happy Valentines Day. You're the best. I love you so much! Dov-ees Babies!

Gabe with his "bibi", "Blaki" and "kiki" as he calls them.

Gabe loves to rearrange my fridge. It can get kind of scary.

Gabe and his cute, contagious and almost constant smile!

Gabe's Crazy Hair after a long nights sleep. Needless to say, he got his much needed hair cut after these pictures.
