A few days ago while I was checking my email, Gabe got into my make-up and had some fun with my mascara. The sudden lack of noise is what finally clued me in that something was amiss. This is what I found. Apparently he is now able to screw off lids. Dang-it!
SWEET
This is what I found Gabe doing this morning in his crib. Lately he loves to comfort his toys. This comfort, of course, is given by the two things that comfort him, his blanket and his binki. After our normal morning greeting, this is what he said to me, "Mommy, Yaya (gabes code word for lighting) nigh nigh, blanki, binci." He is very aware of feelings. He senses when others are sad or in need of comfort. His methods of giving comfort usually include giving up his blanket, binki or giving a hug or kiss. He is such a sweet boy. We sure do love him, despite his occasional mischievousness.

Hey Jess! ..wanted to drop a line and see how things are going..it's gotta be great having your little sister living back in UT now, eh? One of my reps wants to meet her sometime soon so that should be cool; we'll prbably do a game night or something...
Drop us a line!

Lids...yikes! I nearly cried when Canon figured them out. Good luck with that one.
You picked a name for your next boy! I love the name James. Good luck with the end of pregnancy!
That's such a cute picture of him in his crib.
The pictures you took of Gabe on the Tractor are awesome. He looks like a little model. Cute blog!
